These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bidinga desktop application, website (www.bidinga.com) from TCH Wood, and related services (“Services”), operated by Bidinga Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

• Bidinga is an AI-powered desktop assistant that provides screen-guided, voice/text-based help to perform digital tasks.

• You are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information while registering or using the product.

• You must be 13 years or older to use Bidinga.

2. Intellectual Property

• All content, code, features, product design, and materials provided by Bidinga are the intellectual property of Bidinga Technologies.

• You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our Services without written permission.

3. Privacy & Data Usage

• Bidinga only captures your screen when you manually trigger it, and processes the image locally or securely in the cloud.

• We do not track or monitor your device activity in the background.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All the features are free for now and for credits top-up you can request us.

• We are not charging any amount as of now, as our application is in beta version. Once we introduce paid features, the mentioned refund and cancellation policies will be applied.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We provide Bidinga “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of the Services.

• You agree to use Bidinga at your own discretion and risk.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Bidinga or its Services to:

• Violate local, national, or international laws

• Upload or spread viruses or malicious code

• Copy, resell, or redistribute the application without authorization

• Use AI responses to create or spread misinformation

7. Third-Party Integrations

• Bidinga may include links or integrations to third-party websites.

• You acknowledge that we are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

8. Legal Agreement & Jurisdiction

• By using our Services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Punjab.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from acts beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, or governmental restrictions.
