At Bidinga Technologies, we believe in transparency and trust. While Bidinga is currently offered free of charge in its public beta, we aim to offer a user-first refund and cancellation experience when paid features are launched in the future.
1. Free Beta Usage (Current Phase)

Bidinga is currently in public beta and is free to use.

No payments, subscriptions, or paid services are active as of now.

Therefore, refunds and cancellations are not applicable at this stage.

Once we introduce paid features (such as premium plans, voice credits, or enhanced tools), the following policy will apply:

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

You were charged incorrectly or accidentally

You purchased a premium plan or feature that failed to deliver due to system issues on our end.

You cancelled a recurring subscription within the first 7 days of the initial purchase.
Refunds are not applicable if the user:
Used the paid features or benefits extensively
Simply changed their mind
Violated our terms of use
4. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.

Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will prevent further charges.

No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in a subscription period (unless due to system failure).
5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.
